Croque-Pomme is a diversified orchard of pick-your-own and cider production, in organic transition. On 20 hectares, around 3,000 apple trees are cultivated, with around thirty varieties of apples, many of which are unknown because they are absent from supermarkets.
Sparkling Ice Apple Juices from Croque Trémousse are made from high-end apple juice, which has been lightly carbonated to accentuate its freshness and aromas. They are tastier, and sweeter than apple juices found in grocery stores due to the freshness of the apples picked and frozen naturally by our winters.
